At Rhea Lobo, every piece is made to order with care and intention. We appreciate your patience and support of slow fashion.

Production & Shipping Timeline
All items are made to order and will be shipped within 3–4 weeks from the date of your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over £120 / €140 / $165 / 600 AED / 14,100 INR. Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Orders & Customs
Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your local government. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Quality Control & Natural Variations
Each garment is carefully checked before it leaves our studio. Because we work with natural fabrics and small batch production, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These are not faults, but part of what makes each piece unique. Colours may also appear differently on screen depending on lighting and device settings. We see these difference as a reflection of the human hands and thoughtful processes behind each piece.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is with the courier, we are not responsible for any delays or lost parcels caused by the shipping provider. However, we will always do our best to support you and work with the courier to find a solution if anything goes wrong.
